Business Development & Pre-Sales – MEPF-HVAC
Hi! Have you been consulting and selling engineering and technical solutions? Or building client and vendor ecosystems to drive project business? It would be great connecting and discussing this opportunity.
Core Expectations:
- Work across project sales + technical discussions + solution positioning, covering:
- discovering MEPF projects on the market
- engaging with consultants, PMCs, and infrastructure ecosystem
- identifying and progressing leads to closure
- technical presales leading to shortlisting
- proposals, design discussions, negotiations, closure, and account management
- tendering process (private and public projects)
- hands-on understanding of MEP systems (HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, ELV, BMS)
Expected Applicant Criteria:
- 3+ years of experience in:
- MEP project sales / business development / presales
- OR strong exposure in:
- technical sales
- consultant coordination
- proposal / tendering support
- Engineering background preferred (Diploma / BE) (exceptions considered)
- Self-driven and client-facing
- Comfortable with targets and follow-ups
- Interested in practical, project-linked business roles
