Job Title: Fleet Supervisor
Location: Conex CFS
Job Summary
The Fleet Supervisor will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of 10 trailers at Conex CFS, ensuring efficient fleet utilization, timely container movement, vehicle tracking, driver management, diesel control, vehicle maintenance, and compliance with safety and statutory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
· Supervise daily operations and deployment of 10 trailers.
· Ensure timely pickup and delivery of containers/cargo.
· Coordinate with drivers and resolve operational issues faced during transit.
· Track vehicles through GPS and monitor movement regularly. Investigate delays, prolonged stoppages, or route deviations and take corrective action.
· Manage diesel requirements and ensure uninterrupted vehicle operations.
· Arrange replacement drivers immediately in case of absenteeism or emergencies.
· Monitor fleet utilization, vehicle availability, and turnaround time.
· Manage driver attendance, scheduling, and performance.
· Coordinate preventive maintenance, repairs, and breakdown support to minimize downtime.
· Maintain vehicle documentation including permits, insurance, fitness certificates and other statutory records.
· Monitor fuel consumption, mileage and operating costs.
· Ensure adherence to safety standards, company policies, and transport regulations.
· Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports on fleet performance.
· Coordinate with CFS operations, customers, vendors and internal teams for smooth transport activities.
Requirements
· Graduate/Diploma in any discipline.
· 3–5 years of experience in fleet management, transportation, logistics or trailer operations.
· Good knowledge of vehicle maintenance, transport regulations and fleet documentation.
· Experience in GPS tracking and fleet monitoring systems.
· Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting.
· Ability to handle operational emergencies and work in a fast-paced environment.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
