Job Description:
- Perform end-to-end AR follow-up with insurance companies for claim status.
- Handle complex denials, underpayments, and resolve escalated claims.
- Analyze trends in denials and suggest process improvements.
- Meet or exceed productivity and quality targets.
- Mentor and support junior AR callers if required.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 year experience in AR calling (US Healthcare).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- In-depth knowledge of insurance guidelines, denial handling & appeals.
- Familiarity with tools like EPIC, Availity, and payer portals.
