Job Summary
We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecalling / Cold Calling Executive to join our IT company. The candidate will be responsible for calling potential clients, explaining our IT services, generating leads, and scheduling meetings for the sales or business development team.
This role is suitable for freshers as well as candidates with up to 2 years of experience in telecalling, cold calling, customer support, or lead generation.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential clients and businesses.
- Explain company services such as website development, mobile app development, software development, digital marketing, and other IT solutions.
- Generate leads through cold calling and follow-up calls.
- Maintain daily calling reports and update client details properly.
- Understand client requirements and share details with the sales team.
- Schedule meetings or calls for interested prospects.
- Follow up with clients through calls, WhatsApp, or email as required.
- Maintain a professional and polite communication style.
- Build positive relationships with potential clients.
- Achieve daily and weekly calling targets.
Required Skills
- Fluent Hindi speaking skills are mandatory.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Basic understanding of telecalling or customer handling.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to handle client queries confidently.
- Basic computer knowledge is required.
- English communication is not mandatory, but will be considered a plus.
- Freshers can also apply.

- Any graduate or undergraduate candidate can apply.
- Previous experience in telecalling, cold calling, customer support, or lead generation will be preferred.
