About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive who can help us generate new business, build strong client relationships, and drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify new leads through various channels
- Identify potential clients and business opportunities
- Communicate with prospects and understand their requirements
- Conduct follow-ups and convert leads into clients
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Promote Ocena’s software development, AI, blockchain, and technology solutions
- Assist in developing and executing sales and marketing strategies
- Maintain regular updates on leads, prospects, and sales activities
- Consistently work toward achieving sales targets
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or marketing
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Confident personality with a results-oriented approach
- Ability to generate leads and convert prospects
- Good understanding of digital marketing and B2B sales is a plus
- Ability to work independently as well as within a team
- Candidates who can join immediately will be preferred
