Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage the sales team on the showroom floor.
- Allocate daily duties and monitor staff performance.
- Ensure customers receive excellent service and assistance throughout their visit.
- Support the team in achieving daily, monthly, and annual sales targets.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and escalations professionally.
- Monitor showroom discipline, grooming, attendance, and staff behaviour.
- Ensure proper display, cleanliness, and presentation of jewellery products.
- Monitor stock movement and coordinate with the inventory team.
- Assist sales executives in customer handling and product demonstrations.
- Track daily sales performance and prepare reports for management.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with customers and support sales conversions.
- Coordinate with the cashier, inventory, and management teams for smooth operations.
- Ensure company policies, procedures, and operational standards are followed.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
