We are looking for a HR Intern to join our Human Resources team and gain hands-on experience across recruitment, employee engagement, HR operations, and day-to-day people management.
This role is ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, people-oriented, and eager to build a career in Human Resources. You will work closely with the HR team and get exposure to the complete employee lifecycle in a fast-paced work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the HR team with end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, and coordinating with candidates.
- Post job openings on relevant job portals and recruitment platforms.
- Review resumes and shortlist candidates based on role requirements.
- Conduct initial telephonic screenings and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain and regularly update the candidate database and recruitment trackers.
- Coordinate interview schedules and ensure timely communication with candidates.
- Assist with joining formalities, onboarding documentation, and employee records.
- Support HR in maintaining accurate employee attendance, leave, and other HR-related records.
- Assist in preparing HR documents, letters, reports, and internal communications.
- Support employee engagement activities, Fun Friday events, celebrations, and team initiatives.
- Assist with employee queries and coordinate with the HR team for timely resolution.
- Help ensure HR policies and processes are communicated and followed.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information.
- Support the HR team with other day-to-day HR and administrative activities as required.
What You Bring
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Strong interest in building a career in Human Resources.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfortable communicating with candidates and employees professionally.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple recruitment activities simultaneously.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets, MS Word, and email communication.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
