Core Responsibilities
- Client Consultation & Design: Meeting with clients to determine project goals,, needs, and budgets.
- Project Planning & Documentation: Developing detailed blueprints, sketches, and scaled designs using CAD software or by hand.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensuring all designs meet local regulations, safety codes, and environmental standards.
- Collaboration & Project Management: Coordinating with engineers, contractors, and specialists throughout the construction process.
- Construction Oversight: Visiting work sites to monitor progress and ensure compliance with design plans.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.
- Technical Proficiency: Expertise in CAD software (e.g., Revit, AutoCAD) and 3D modeling tools.
- Project Management: Experience with budget management, scheduling, and project, delivery.
- Communication: Strong interpersonal skills for presenting proposals and managing team collaboration.
Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
