We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Corporate Chef to lead our culinary operations, ensuring exceptional food quality, innovation, cost control, and team management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all kitchen functions, menu development, food safety compliance, staff training, and maintaining the highest standards of guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise all kitchen operations across outlets, banquets, ODCs, and special events.
- Ensure consistent food quality, presentation, taste, and portion control.
- Develop innovative menus and seasonal offerings aligned with market trends and customer preferences.
- Standardize recipes, preparation methods, and production processes.
- Recruit, train, mentor, and evaluate kitchen staff.
- Foster a culture of teamwork, discipline, and continuous improvement.
- Prepare duty rosters and manage manpower planning to ensure operational efficiency.
- Monitor food cost, wastage, and kitchen productivity.
- Control inventory levels and oversee procurement of food supplies.
- Conduct regular stock audits and ensure optimal utilization of resources.
- Work closely with vendors to maintain quality standards and cost efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with FSSAI regulations, hygiene standards, and food safety protocols.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards throughout kitchen operations.
- Conduct regular quality checks and implement corrective measures when required.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field.
- 8–15 years of experience in food production, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership role as Executive Chef or Head Chef.
- Strong knowledge of multi-cuisine production, menu planning, and kitchen management.
- Sound understanding of food costing, budgeting, and inventory control.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Thorough knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and compliance standards.
Pay: ₹65,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
