ABOUT THE ROLE -
We are looking for a field sales executive for our uPVC windows and doors business across Vidarbha. You will meet architects, interior designers, builders and homeowners, present our products, and close deals. Leads will come from our marketing channels and you will also generate your own. This is 80% field work and 20% office work. Monthly sales targets will be given and you are expected to achieve them.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Meet architects, interior designers, builders and homeowners in your region
Follow up on leads from marketing and generate your own leads
Show product samples, explain benefits and prepare site visits
Share quotations, negotiate and close the deal
Achieve monthly sales targets and report daily activity
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
2-3 years of field sales experience (building material sales is a plus)
Own two-wheeler and willingness to travel in Vidarbha
Good spoken Marathi and Hindi; basic English
Confident in meeting professionals like architects and builders
Target-driven attitude
