Role Description
Blue Tyga is looking for enthusiastic Retail Operations (Kiosk Operation Team) to join our retail team. The selected candidates will undergo structured training in retail operations, sales, customer service, and store management. This role provides an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates to gain hands-on experience in the retail industry and grow into future store leaders.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in day-to-day store operations
- Support customer interactions and ensure excellent service
- Help in achieving store sales targets
- Maintain visual merchandising and store presentation
- Monitor inventory and stock management
- Support billing, POS operations, and cash handling
- Implement loss prevention and store policies
- Work closely with the store team to ensure smooth retail operations
Requirements:
- Fresher to Min 1 year experience
- Diploma/master's degree in MBA/PGDM
- Strong communication,(ENGLISH, KANNADA)
- Ability to work independently
- Interest or understanding of functional/technical clothing is a plus.
