We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Sales Assistant to support the Sales Head and Sales Team in achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring sales activities, ensuring timely follow-ups, maintaining CRM discipline, preparing reports, coordinating with sales executives, and helping improve overall sales performance.
This role requires strong communication, leadership, coordination, and analytical skills.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales Team Support
- Assist Sales Head in managing day-to-day sales operations.
- Coordinate with Sales Executives to ensure timely lead follow-up.
- Monitor daily sales activities and team productivity.
- Ensure proper lead management and CRM updates by the sales team.
- Track pending demos, callbacks, and follow-ups.
Performance Monitoring
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Monitor individual sales executive performance.
- Identify bottlenecks in the sales process and suggest improvements.
- Help achieve team sales targets and KPIs.
Customer & Team Coordination
- Handle escalated customer queries when required.
- Coordinate with Support, Marketing, and Operations teams.
- Assist in onboarding and training new sales executives.
- Conduct regular follow-up reviews with team members.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
