We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Real Estate Sales Executive to handle property sales, client interactions, site visits, and deal closures. The candidate will be responsible for converting leads into bookings, maintaining strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. Real estate sales roles typically involve lead handling, site visits, negotiations, customer relationship management, and sales closures.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound leads from digital campaigns, references, and walk-ins.
- Contact prospective buyers and understand their requirements, budget, and preferences.
- Conduct project presentations and property site visits.
- Explain project features, pricing, payment plans, and offers to customers.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects and nurture leads.
- Negotiate with customers and assist in closing sales deals.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Coordinate with CRM, accounts, and documentation teams for bookings and payments.
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales activities in CRM.
- Develop relationships with channel partners, brokers, and referral networks.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor projects, and pricing.
Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–5 years of experience in Real Estate Sales.
- Freshers with strong communication and sales aptitude may also apply.

Pay: ₹13,669.96 - ₹55,625.56 per month
