Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented TDL Developer responsible for developing, customizing, implementing, and supporting Tally solutions using Tally Definition Language (TDL). The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise in TDL development, a good understanding of accounting and GST processes, and the ability to deliver customized business solutions while ensuring high client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, customize, and maintain TDL applications as per business and client requirements.
- Design and implement custom reports, invoices, vouchers, masters, statutory reports, and business workflows.
- Customize Tally Prime features, menus, forms, fields, and user interfaces.
- Develop integrations between Tally and third-party applications using XML, APIs, and other integration methods.
- Understand client requirements and convert functional specifications into technical solutions.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve TDL-related issues and production bugs.
- Optimize existing customizations for better performance and compatibility.
- Conduct testing, debugging, and quality assurance before deployment.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), deployment, implementation, and post-go-live activities.
- Coordinate with Functional Consultants, Implementation Teams, and Clients during project execution.
- Maintain proper technical documentation, deployment notes, and version control.
- Ensure timely delivery of assigned tasks and project milestones.
- Provide technical support and timely resolution of client issues.
- Contribute to automation initiatives and continuous process improvements.
- Ensure compliance with coding standards, documentation practices, and company development guidelines.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Applications, or a related field.
- 1–5 years of hands-on experience in TDL Development and Tally Prime customization.
- Strong knowledge of TDL, Tally Prime, XML, APIs, and database concepts.
- Good understanding of Accounting, GST, TDS, Inventory, Payroll, and Business Processes.
- Experience with SQL, JSON, REST APIs, or integration technologies will be an added advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and technical documentation.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
