Job Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Head to lead the sales team, drive revenue growth, and ensure consistent achievement of business targets. Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and business objectives.
- Take complete ownership of sales performance, forecasting, and target achievement.
- Monitor sales metrics, pipeline health, and team productivity to ensure optimal performance.
- Conduct regular coaching, performance reviews, and training sessions for team development.
- Implement and improve sales processes, reporting, and CRM discipline.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align sales goals with organizational objectives.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance insights to management.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in sales leadership or sales management roles.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong team management, coaching, and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and decision-making abilities.
- High level of ownership, accountability, and result orientation.
- Experience in SaaS, IT products, or technology solutions is preferred
Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
