Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads through calls, referrals, online portals, and field activities.
- Contact potential customers and explain project details.
- Schedule and conduct site visits for prospective clients.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties.
- Follow up with leads regularly to convert inquiries into sales.
- Maintain and update customer databases and CRM records.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Coordinate with the sales team to achieve business targets.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and new projects.
- Participate in promotional events, exhibitions, and marketing campaigns.
- Assist customers throughout the booking and documentation process.
Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline (MBA Marketing preferred).
- Minimum 1+ year experience in Real Estate Sales/any sales.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of CRM and MS Office.
- Ability to achieve sales targets and work independently.
- Must have own bike
