### **Key Responsibilities**
* **Target Achievement:** Deliver assigned monthly sales and revenue targets.
* **Team Management:** Lead, mentor, and monitor a team of 7 to 10 Sales Executives (SEs).
* **Training & Development:** Train SEs to effectively understand customer requirements, present appropriate solutions, and successfully close deals.
* **Performance Tracking:** Monitor team performance closely to ensure all members achieve their individual sales and revenue goals.
* **Reporting:** Prepare weekly reports documenting all client interactions, providing clear updates on communications and next-step actions.
