Job Title: Business Development Executive (BDE)

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Research market trends and identify potential clients and target industries.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Conduct meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations for prospective customers.
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable products or services.
- Prepare and share proposals, quotations, and business agreements.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to achieve revenue targets.
- Follow up with leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Coordinate with marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and sales activities in CRM software.
- Monitor competitors and provide market feedback to management.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking programs to generate business opportunities.
- Prepare regular sales reports and present performance updates to management.
Required Skills:

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- 0-3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Marketing.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
