Job Summary
SoftMind Wellness Private Limited is seeking a Consultant Psychologist to join our neuroscience-based mental wellness center in Kakkanad, Kochi.
The role involves delivering evidence-based psychotherapy integrated with neuropsychotherapy approaches and brain mapping techniques, focusing on scientific, non-stigmatizing mental health care.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct psychological assessments and develop case formulations
- Deliver individual, group, and family therapy sessions
- Apply evidence-based interventions such as CBT, mindfulness, and structured therapies
- Integrate neuropsychotherapy approaches focusing on brain–mind–body regulation
- Utilize brain mapping tools (EEG-based functional assessments) to support treatment planning and progress tracking
- Develop personalized treatment plans and monitor client outcomes
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation with strict confidentiality
- Collaborate with psychiatrists and multidisciplinary teams
- Participate in mental health awareness programs and workshops
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Psychology (Clinical / Counseling / Rehabilitation Psychology preferred)
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in psychotherapy or counseling
- Strong knowledge of evidence-based practices -
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to manage a wide range of psychological concerns
- Fluency in English and Malayalam
Preferred Skills
- Interest in neuroscience-based therapy approaches
- Experience or willingness to learn brain mapping, biofeedback, or neurotechnology-based interventions
- Ability to build strong therapeutic relationships with clients
- Professional, ethical, and client-centered approach

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
