Job Summary
We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecaller with excellent communication skills in English and Hindi. The candidate will be responsible for speaking with customers, handling enquiries, following up with leads, and providing information about our products/services.
Candidates with knowledge of Tamil or Telugu will have an added advantage and will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to customers and potential customers.
- Handle customer enquiries and provide accurate information.
- Follow up with leads and existing customers.
- Explain products/services clearly and professionally.
- Understand customer requirements and assist them appropriately.
- Maintain records of calls, enquiries, and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with the sales/customer support team when required.
- Ensure professional and polite communication with customers.
- Achieve assigned calling and follow-up targets.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal communication in English and Hindi is mandatory.
- Knowledge of Tamil or Telugu is an added advantage.
- Good listening and interpersonal skills.
- Confident and comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
- Good convincing and follow-up skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Customer-focused and positive attitude.
- Ability to handle multiple customer interactions professionally.
Preferred Candidate
- Candidates with prior telecalling, customer service, telesales, or sales experience will be preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills can also apply.
- Candidates who can communicate in English + Hindi + Tamil/Telugu will be given preference.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
