About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Python Trainer to deliver high-quality training programs to students, fresh graduates, and working professionals. The ideal candidate should possess strong Python programming knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to simplify complex technical concepts.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging Python training sessions (online/offline).
- Teach Python fundamentals, advanced concepts, and best coding practices.
- Develop and update training materials, assignments, and assessments.
- Conduct hands-on coding exercises, projects, and workshops.
- Mentor learners and provide guidance on real-world application development.
- Evaluate trainee performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Stay updated with the latest Python frameworks, tools, and industry trends.
- Support learners in interview preparation and career guidance.
Required Skills
- Strong proficiency in Python programming.
- Knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), Data Structures, and Algorithms.
- Experience with Python libraries and frameworks such as Django, Flask, Pandas, NumPy, and APIs.
- Understanding of databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Familiarity with Git/GitHub and software development lifecycle.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Prior experience in training, mentoring, or teaching Python.
- Exposure to Data Science, Machine Learning, or Automation using Python is an added advantage.
- Relevant certifications in Python or related technologies are preferred.
