Job Summary:
We are seeking a creative and innovative Content Creator to develop engaging content for social media, websites, marketing campaigns, and brand promotions. The ideal candidate should be skilled in content writing, social media trends, AI tools, and visual storytelling. The role requires creating content that increases brand awareness, audience engagement, and lead generation.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation
· Create engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other social media platforms.
· Develop captions, posts, blogs, articles, scripts, and promotional content.
· Create content calendars and plan content strategies aligned with business goals.
· Generate creative ideas for reels, shorts, stories, and social media campaigns.
Social Media Management
· Manage and update company social media accounts regularly.
· Monitor social media trends, audience engagement, and competitor activities.
· Respond to comments, messages, and customer interactions when required.
· Track content performance and recommend improvements.
Creative & Brand Development
· Work closely with graphic designers and videographers to produce high-quality content.
· Ensure brand consistency across all digital platforms.
· Assist in creating marketing campaigns, advertisements, and promotional materials.
· Support product launches, events, and branding initiatives.
AI & Digital Tools
· Utilize AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Canva AI, and other content-generation platforms.
· Research trending topics and create relevant content using AI-assisted workflows.
· Optimize content for better reach, engagement, and lead generation.
Reporting & Analytics
· Monitor content performance using social media insights and analytics tools.
· Prepare monthly reports on content engagement, growth, and campaign performance.
· Suggest improvements based on audience behavior and analytics.
Required Skills:
· Strong content writing and storytelling abilities.
· Experience in Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube content creation.
· Knowledge of Canva, AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Canva AI), and social media management platforms.
· Understanding of digital marketing, branding, and audience engagement.
· Basic knowledge of graphic design and video editing is an added advantage.
· Creative thinking and trend awareness.
· Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Qualification:
· Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Journalism, English, Media, or related field.
· Certifications in Digital Marketing or Content Marketing will be preferred.
Experience:
1–3 years of experience in content creation, social media management, or digital marketing.
Freshers with a strong portfolio and creative skills may also apply.

Pay: ₹13,280.26 - ₹34,726.49 per month
