Position: Manager – Human Resources
Location: Bhavnagar, Gujarat
Salary Range: ₹30,000 – ₹45,000 per month (Based on Experience)
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition across all business verticals.
- Develop manpower planning and hiring strategies in coordination with department heads.
- Manage employee onboarding, induction, confirmation, transfers, and exit formalities.
- Develop, implement, and update HR policies, SOPs, and employee handbook.
- Drive Performance Management System (PMS), KRAs, KPIs, and annual appraisal process.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, leave management, and HR documentation.
- Coordinate payroll inputs and ensure statutory compliance with applicable labour laws.
- Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and employee relations.
- Plan and execute employee engagement, recognition, and organizational development initiatives.
- Identify training needs and coordinate learning & development programs.
- Prepare HR MIS, recruitment reports, attrition reports, and management dashboards.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, labour regulations, and internal HR audits.
- Collaborate with leadership on workforce planning, succession planning, and organizational development.
- Lead and mentor the HR team while driving continuous process improvements.
Required Skills:
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Expertise in recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Knowledge of labour laws, statutory compliance, and HR best practices.
- Experience in Performance Management Systems (PMS).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and HRMS software.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong decision-making and conflict resolution skills.
Qualification:
- MBA / PGDM in Human Resource Management preferred.
- Graduation in any discipline is mandatory.
- Minimum 5 years of HR experience with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Experience in manufacturing, retail, infrastructure, or multi-business organizations will be preferred.
