About the Role
We are looking for a talented UX Writer to craft clear, concise, and user-friendly content for our Real Estate ERP platform. You will work closely with UI/UX designers, product managers, and developers to create intuitive product experiences through effective microcopy, labels, messages, and user guidance.
Your writing should simplify complex ERP workflows and help users complete tasks confidently with minimal confusion.
Responsibilities
Write clear and consistent UI copy across the ERP platform.
Create labels, buttons, menus, placeholders, and navigation text.
Write form field labels, helper text, and validation messages.
Create success, warning, error, and confirmation messages.
Improve onboarding flows and empty states.
Develop tooltip and contextual help content.
Write modal dialogs and action confirmations.
Create workflow guidance for complex ERP modules.
Ensure consistent terminology across the product.
Collaborate with UI/UX designers during wireframing and prototyping.
Review existing content and improve readability and usability.
Create and maintain a UX Writing Style Guide.
Suggest improvements based on usability and user behavior.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
