Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced QC Manager (Civil) to lead quality assurance and quality control functions across our construction projects. The role involves establishing SOPs, implementing quality systems, monitoring site execution, and driving cost savings through effective quality control practices.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and monitor daily site activities; track progress against schedules and highlight delays with reasons.
- Conduct quality inspections for all civil works executed at site.
- Perform random quality checks on inward materials such as M-sand, steel, tiles, timber, doors, windows, etc.
- Ensure all works comply with approved drawings, specifications, and approved work sequences.
- Verify implementation of quality checklists for each construction activity.
- Monitor RMC and site-mix concrete parameters (W/C ratio, slump, cubes, mix proportions).
- Ensure proper material usage within initial setting times and correct mix ratios.
- Verify and maintain all mandatory test reports (soil, concrete cubes, steel, cement, pile load, bulk materials).
- Develop, implement, and continuously improve SOPs, systems, control measures, and quality standards.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities by minimizing rework, material wastage, and process inefficiencies.
- Take measurements from CAD drawings as required for verification.
- Conduct final quality inspections and handover completed units to the Marketing/CRM team.
- Maintain quality and safety documentation and support audits.
- Lead and guide site QC teams and ensure timely closure of observations.
Qualifications & Experience
- B.Tech / BE in Civil Engineering
- 10+ years of experience in Quality Control, preferably in high-rise residential/commercial projects
- Strong knowledge of construction quality standards, materials, and testing procedures
- Experience in setting up QA/QC systems and SOPs is mandatory
