Position: Marketing Operations Executive

Job Summary:
The Marketing Operations Executive will be responsible for driving the operational excellence of the Marketing function by managing procurement processes, vendor onboarding, purchase documentation, payment tracking, budget monitoring, and marketing data management. The role requires close coordination with internal stakeholders, Finance, Procurement, and external agencies to ensure timely execution of marketing operations while maintaining compliance and financial discipline.
Responsibilities:
1. Marketing Procurement & Purchase Management
- Raise Purchase Indents (PI) and Purchase Orders (PO) for all marketing activities.
- Coordinate with Procurement and Finance teams for timely PO approvals and releases.
- Ensure all marketing purchases comply with company procurement policies.
- Maintain documentation for all marketing procurement activities.
2. Vendor Management
- Manage end-to-end vendor onboarding process.
- Coordinate with vendors for submission of required compliance documents.
- Maintain an updated database of all marketing vendors.
- Liaise with Procurement and Finance to resolve vendor-related issues.
3. Invoice Processing & Vendor Payments
4. Marketing Budget & Spend Analysis
5. Data Management & Reporting with Compliance & Documentation.
6. Cross-functional Coordination
Skills & Qualification:
- 1–5 years of experience in Marketing Operations, Procurement Coordination, Commercial Operations, or Marketing Finance.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing, or Finance.
- Knowledge of accounting software (e.g., Tally, SAP, etc.).
- Familiarity with database management and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, etc.).
- Excellent data analysis and problem-solving skills.
- Strong understanding of procurement and purchase processes.
- Knowledge of vendor onboarding and invoice management.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to present data and reports in a clear and understandable format.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
