Responsibilities:
· Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets.
· Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
· Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations.
· Negotiate contracts and close sales deals.
· Analyze sales data and market trends to optimize sales strategies.
· Prepare and submit regular sales reports to senior management.
· Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
· 3 + years of proven experience in field sales is preferred.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
· Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
·Ability to analyze sales data and market trends.
· Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working specifically with chit fund collections.
- Familiarity with local customs and practices related to financial transactions.
