Merchandising & Visibility: Ensure products are well-stocked, correctly priced, and attractively displayed to maximize impulse buying.Market Expansion: Identify and onboard new retail outlets and distribution partners to expand market reach and penetration.
Inventory Management: Monitor distributor stock levels, prevent stock-outs, and manage product expiry to minimize returns.Competitor Intelligence: Gather data on competitor pricing, promotional activities, and new product launches to adjust local sales strategies.Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)Sales Volume/Value: Percentage of monthly/quarterly sales targets achieved.
