The Telecalling Executive will be responsible for making outbound cold calls to prospective clients, customers, vendors, and business associates to generate qualified leads and business opportunities. The role includes promoting the company's services, scheduling meetings, maintaining accurate records, conducting regular follow-ups, and supporting the Business Development team in achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, confidence, and the ability to build strong professional relationships over the phone.
Key Responsibilities
Cold Calling
· Make 100–120 outbound cold calls daily to prospective clients and business leads.
· Introduce the company's services professionally to potential customers.
· Generate new business opportunities through telephonic conversations.
· Maintain a professional, courteous, and customer-focused approach during every call.
· Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling targets.
Lead Generation
· Identify and qualify potential clients.
· Generate genuine business leads through outbound calling.
· Maintain and update the customer database regularly.
· Schedule appointments and meetings for the Business Development team.
· Conduct timely follow-ups until lead conversion or closure.
Recruitment Calling (If Assigned)
· Contact job seekers regarding current job opportunities.
· Explain job roles, salary, work locations, and company policies.
· Screen candidates based on eligibility criteria.
· Schedule interviews with the HR team.
· Follow up with candidates until the joining process is completed.
Customer Relationship Management
· Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and prospects.
· Handle customer enquiries professionally and courteously.
· Resolve basic queries and escalate complex issues to the concerned department.
· Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction during every interaction.
Business Development Support
· Support the Business Development, Marketing, HR, and Operations teams.
· Assist in promotional campaigns and lead generation activities.
· Coordinate with internal departments for smooth communication.
· Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly calling reports.
· Maintain accurate call records, lead status, and follow-up details.
