We are looking for an energetic and experienced Field Sales Executive who has prior experience in the HDPE Pipe, Sprinkler Pipe, Drip Irrigation, or Rain Pipe industry. The candidate will be responsible for generating new dealer leads, handling daily sales calls, following up with prospects, travelling across Gujarat for dealer visits, and assisting in expanding our dealer network.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new dealer, distributor, and trader leads across rigions.
- Make daily outbound sales calls to potential customers.
- Follow up with existing and new leads until business is closed.
- Search for new dealers and develop new business opportunities.
- Travel across Gujarat for dealer visits and market development.
- Accompany the Director on business tours and dealer meetings.
- Build strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and traders.
- Collect market intelligence, competitor information, and pricing.
- Prepare daily reports of calls, visits, and follow-ups.
- Achieve monthly sales and business development targets.
Candidate Requirements
- 1–5 years of experience in HDPE Pipe, Sprinkler Pipe, Drip Irrigation, or Rain Pipe industry is preferred.
- Experience in dealer/distributor sales is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable making daily sales calls and field visits.
- Willing to travel extensively across regions.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, WhatsApp, and Email.
- Valid driving licence preferred.
