Customer Relationship Executive
We are looking for a Customer Relationship Executive to handle customer calls, resolve queries, provide product information, and maintain good customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls.
- Understand customer needs and provide suitable information.
- Follow up with customers and maintain regular communication.
- Record customer details, queries, and feedback.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues.
- Maintain a positive and professional relationship with customers.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
