We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Assistant Vice President – Performance and Reward Consulting (Global)
Purpose of the role:
Working with the Heads of Performance and Reward and Partners in supporting the delivery of the performance and reward strategic priorities and managing the overall performance and reward agenda for their client groups to enable business performance. Provided expertise and strategic guidance on reward, performance management, executive compensation, deferred reward, global mobility, employee benefits and wellbeing to support the Bank’s strategic objectives and local business priorities.
In this role, you will:

Provide guidance, constructive challenge and technical knowledge on the full spectrum of performance and reward matters.

Interpret and advise on performance and reward policies and provide expert guidance on all elements of performance and reward.

Where necessary, liaise with specialist colleagues to seek input on complex matters involving benefits, executive compensation, global mobility, deferred reward and wellbeing.

Support the annual performance and pay review for the relevant client group.

Work with performance and reward colleagues to ensure the successful implementation of performance and reward initiatives, processes and products in line with business objectives.

Maintain specialist knowledge by keeping abreast of internal policies, competitor practice, external market developments and trends, and legislative and regulatory developments.

Translate data and reporting into analysis by interpreting the data and providing insights.

Drive simplification and automation whilst maintaining governance.
To be successful you will:

Knowledge of internal performance and reward policy and the associated regulation.

Strong technical skills with data tools and compensation systems.
-
Familiarity with governance frameworks and audit requirements.
-
Ability to communicate complex technical issues clearly to senior audiences and non-technical stakeholders.

Maintain the highest integrity for shareholder, director and participant reporting.

6–10+ years’ experience in performance or reward in financial services.

Accuracy and timeliness of analysis.

Ability to deliver quality packs for stakeholder meetings and positively influence stakeholder feedback.
