Job Title : Business Development Manager (BDM) – PCD Pharma
Responsible for developing and expanding the PCD (Propaganda Cum Distribution) business by appointing new franchise partners, generating leads, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Appoint new PCD distributors and franchise partners in assigned territories
- Generate leads through calls, references, and online portals
- Promote company products and schemes to franchise partners
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Coordinate with clients for order booking and processing
- Ensure timely dispatch and order follow-ups
- Handle payment collection and outstanding follow-ups
- Maintain strong relationships with distributors and clients
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis
- Prepare daily and monthly sales reports
Qualification
- Graduate / MBA (Marketing preferred)
Experience
- 1–5 years experience in PCD Pharma / Franchise Sales
