Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership
- Provide strategic direction to support organizational growth.
- Drive scaling-up initiatives through effective leadership and people management.
- Identify growth opportunities and contribute to business development strategies.
- Support organizational transformation, innovation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Operations Management
- Drive operational effectiveness and ensure seamless execution of organizational processes.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement strategies to improve productivity and efficiency.
- Identify operational challenges and recommend scalable, sustainable solutions.
- Support implementation of best practices that enhance organizational performance.
People Management
- Build, mentor, and develop high-performing teams.
- Foster a culture of accountability, ownership, collaboration, and excellence.
- Coach and guide team members to achieve professional goals.
- Drive employee engagement, talent development, and retention initiatives.
- Support succession planning and leadership pipeline development.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate effectively with apex leadership and cross-functional departments.
- Represent the organization with professionalism, integrity, and credibility.
Governance, Compliance & Risk Management
- Ensure adherence to organizational policies, regulatory requirements, and compliance standards.
- Promote ethical practices and professional conduct.
- Support risk management and operational control frameworks.
Candidate Profile
Educational Qualifications
- Postgraduate degree from a recognized institution.
- Professional certifications in Leadership, People Management, or Business Administration will be an added advantage.
