Job Description
NFAD Society is seeking an experienced and result-oriented Branch Manager to manage overall branch operations with a strong focus on business development, sales growth, and team management. The Branch Manager will be responsible for achieving business targets, ensuring operational efficiency, and maintaining customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities Branch Operations Management
- Manage daily branch operations and ensure smooth functioning
- Ensure compliance with NFAD Society policies, procedures, and guidelines
- Monitor office discipline, punctuality, and staff performance
- Maintain accurate records, files, and branch reports
- Ensure proper customer service and grievance handling
Business Development & Sales
- Drive business growth and achieve monthly and annual sales targets
- Develop and implement local marketing and sales strategies
- Increase membership, loan business, and overall portfolio growth
- Identify new business opportunities and expand customer base
- Conduct customer meetings, promotions, and field visits when required
- Monitor sales performance of staff and provide guidance to achieve targets
Team Management & Leadership
- Lead, motivate, and supervise branch staff
- Allocate duties and monitor employee productivity
- Provide training and support to improve sales and service quality
- Conduct performance reviews and report to higher management
Loan & Financial Oversight
- Oversee loan processing, documentation, and approvals as per policy
- Ensure loan recovery, follow-ups, and portfolio quality
- Monitor cash handling, accounts coordination, and daily transactions
- Ensure accuracy in MIS and financial reporting
Reporting & Coordination
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly business reports
- Coordinate with Head Office, Operations, Accounts, and Management
- Ensure timely communication and implementation of management decisions
Skills & Requirements
- Proven experience in branch management or business operations
- Strong sales, marketing, and leadership skills
- Good communication and customer handling ability
- Knowledge of financial services / cooperative / NBFC operations preferred
- Basic computer and reporting knowledge
- Target-oriented, disciplined, and responsible
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,244.06 - ₹40,968.01 per month
