- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, trusting relationships with a dedicated portfolio of clients.
- Inquiry & Issue Resolution: Act as the first point of contact to handle customer complaints, troubleshoot problems, and ensure prompt resolutions.
- Sales & Promotion: Identify customer needs to cross-sell and up-sell products or services, driving revenue and engagement.
- Database Management: Track customer interactions and update records accurately using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
- Feedback Collection: Conduct surveys and gather client feedback to share with internal sales, marketing, and product teams for service improvement.
