Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled and compassionate Msc Clinical Psychology to provide therapy to individuals, couples, and families. The ideal candidate should excel in building rapport, creating personalized therapeutic interventions, gathering comprehensive case histories, and developing effective session plans. A strong knowledge of psychological theories and family dynamics is essential, along with expertise in addressing Marriage/Relationship and family-related challenges
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain a strong therapeutic rapport with clients, establishing a safe and non-judgmental environment.
- Provide guidance and support to clients facing marital issues, family conflicts, mental health concerns.
- Develop personalized treatment plans and goals tailored to clients’ unique circumstances and challenges.
- Conduct in-depth interviews with clients to gather comprehensive background information and case details.
- Prepare session blueprints based on the initial assessment, client goals, and therapeutic frameworks
- Attend ongoing training, workshops, and seminars to continue professional growth and knowledge enhancement
- Provide administrative and operational support to ensure smooth therapy
- Maintain accurate client & Therapy records as per ethical norms
- Participate in group discussions with co-therapists to increase therapeutic efficiency.
Skills:

- Skilled in managing family dynamics and marital issues
- Proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Qualifications:
- Msc Clinical Psychology
- RCI license [Preferred]
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage schedules and multitask effectively.
Experience:
- 3+ Years of practical experience
- Experience working with individuals, couples, and families from diverse backgrounds and with varied psychological concerns.

Pay: 35000-40000/ per month Schedule:
Working hours:
- 10am - 7pm ( remaining flexible accommodating client needs, 1 hour of break included in working hours).
Working days:
- 6 days in a week full time
