We are looking for a skilled LabVIEW Developer with 3+ years of experience in developing automated test and machine control applications using NI LabVIEW. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in designing and developing Special Purpose Machines (SPM), Traceability Systems, and End-of-Line (EOL) Test Systems from scratch. A strong understanding of electronics, industrial automation, and manufacturing processes is essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain LabVIEW applications from scratch for automation and test systems.
- Develop software for Special Purpose Machines (SPM) used in manufacturing and industrial automation.
- Develop and implement End-of-Line (EOL) Test Systems for electronic products.
- Design and integrate Traceability Systems using barcode/QR code scanners, databases, and MES/ERP interfaces.
- Interface LabVIEW applications with PLCs, DAQ devices, sensors, actuators, motion controllers, and industrial instruments.
- Develop machine control logic, HMI screens, and operator interfaces using LabVIEW.
- Integrate hardware components such as barcode scanners, printers, cameras, pneumatic systems, and servo/motion controllers.
- Implement industrial communication protocols such as RS232, RS485, Modbus, TCP/IP, Ethernet/IP, CAN, USB, and GPIB.
- Troubleshoot and optimize machine performance, hardware interfaces, and software applications.
- Prepare technical documentation, user manuals, and software release documents.
- Collaborate with Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, and Manufacturing teams throughout the project lifecycle.
Required Skills
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in NI LabVIEW development.
- Strong experience developing LabVIEW applications from scratch.
- Experience in developing Special Purpose Machine (SPM) applications.
- Experience in Traceability System development and integration.
- Experience in End-of-Line (EOL) Test System development.
- Good understanding of industrial automation and electronics.
- Experience with NI DAQ, VISA, and hardware interfacing.
- Knowledge of PLC integration and industrial automation systems.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation, Mechatronics, or a related field.
- NI LabVIEW Certification (CLAD, CLD, or CLA) is an added advantage.
- Experience with NI TestStand is preferred.
- Experience with motion control, machine vision, or robotics is a plus.
- Knowledge of MES/ERP integration is desirable.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
