We are looking for an experienced and professional Senior Salon Manager to oversee daily salon operations, manage staff, and ensure an excellent client experience.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise salon staff & schedules
- Handle client queries and resolve complaints professionally
- Monitor billing, inventory, and staff commissions
- Ensure hygiene, safety, and salon standards are maintained
- Guide clients about salon memberships, packages, and premium services
- Support business growth through excellent customer experience and service recommendations
Requirements:
- 5–7 years of salon management experience
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Knowledge of beauty, skincare, and salon trends
- Experience with POS systems and salon management software
- Excellent communication and customer handling skills
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
