We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Academic Counselor to guide prospective students in choosing the right educational programs and achieving their career goals. The ideal candidate will be responsible for student counseling, admissions conversion, relationship management, and delivering an exceptional enrollment experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Counsel students on courses, career paths, and academic opportunities.
- Handle inquiries, follow-ups, and admissions processes.
- Achieve enrollment and revenue targets.
- Build strong relationships with students and parents.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM and generate reports.
- Mentor junior counselors and support team performance.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree.
- 2 to 5 years of experience in academic counseling, admissions, or education sales.
- Excellent communication, counseling, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong target orientation and problem-solving ability.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
