Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and energetic Education Marketing Executive to drive student outreach and institutional partnerships. The role involves building relationships with schools, coaching institutes, tuition centres, colleges, and educational stakeholders to generate quality leads and increase brand visibility through on-ground marketing initiatives.
The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, field marketing experience, and the ability to execute promotional campaigns, seminars, workshops, and student engagement activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop relationships with schools, colleges, coaching institutes, tuition centres, and other educational institutions.
- Conduct school visits and institutional meetings to generate quality admissions leads.
- Plan and execute seminars, workshops, career guidance sessions, and promotional events.
- Organize on-ground marketing activities in schools, residential societies, exhibitions, and education fairs.
- Generate and qualify leads through field marketing and institutional outreach.
- Coordinate with the admissions/sales team to ensure timely follow-up and lead conversion.
- Build strong relationships with principals, school management, teachers, and educational influencers.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
- Maintain daily reports of field visits, lead generation, and marketing activities.
- Achieve monthly lead generation and business development targets.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1+ years of experience in Education Marketing, Institutional Sales, Field Marketing, Business Development, or B2B Sales.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is preferred.
- Fluency in English, Hindi, and the local regional language is an advantage.
Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹650,000.00 per year
