We are looking for an experienced Fleet Manager to oversee and manage a large fleet of 150+ vehicles operating across multiple Sites in Karnataka. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in fleet operations, documentation, RTO compliance, Insurance Claims, Recovery , Breakdowns management , Escalations and Driver management.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage end-to-end operations of a fleet of 150+ vehicles across different states.
2. Ensure all vehicle documentation is up to date (insurance, permits, fitness, etc.).
3. Handle RTO-related processes, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
4. Monitor vehicle performance, maintenance schedules, and cost optimization.
5. Manage and supervise drivers, including hiring, training, and performance tracking.
6. Ensure adherence to safety standards and company policies.
7. Coordinate with vendors, service centers, and internal teams.
8. Maintain accurate records and reports related to fleet operations.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
