We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Support + Success & Onboarding Specialist to be the face of FabFunnel for our global user base. In this role, you will assist in onboarding new clients, help them understand the platform, and ensure a smooth experience from initial setup to campaign execution.
This role is ideal for someone who is tech-savvy, a quick learner, and passionate about delivering great customer experiences, especially in a fast-paced SaaS and digital marketing environment.

Assist in onboarding new clients via Zoom and screen-sharing sessions

Provide timely and professional support via live chat, email, and ticketing systems

Guide users on platform usage, basic campaign setup, and tracking fundamentals

Troubleshoot basic product or tracking issues and escalate when needed

Maintain accurate records of client interactions in HubSpot

Collaborate with internal teams (Sales/Product) to improve customer experience

Monitor user activity and follow up to ensure successful onboarding

Contribute to FAQs, help articles, and onboarding documentation

1–2 years of experience in Customer Support, Customer Success, or Onboarding roles (preferably in SaaS/Tech)

Zoom or virtual onboarding tools

CRM tools like HubSpot (basic knowledge is a plus)

Basic understanding of:

Digital marketing concepts (campaigns, conversions, tracking basics)

Affiliate marketing fundamentals (preferred but not mandatory)

Strong verbal and written communication skills in English

Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail

Comfortable working in evening/night shifts to support international clients

Exposure to affiliate marketing, ad networks, or digital agencies

Knowledge of tracking tools or martech platforms
