Job Summary:
Responsible for guiding prospective students, providing accurate information about academic programs, assisting with the admission process, and ensuring a smooth enrollment experience. The role also includes maintaining student records and achieving admission targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Counsel prospective students and parents regarding courses, admissions, and career opportunities.
- Follow up with enquiries through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and in-person meetings.
- Assist students throughout the admission and enrollment process.
- Maintain accurate records of enquiries, applications, and admissions.
- Achieve monthly admission targets assigned by the management.
- Coordinate with the admissions and academic team for a seamless onboarding process.
- Address student queries and provide timely support.
- Prepare daily and weekly admission reports.
- Perform other duties assigned by the management as required.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office.
- Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
