Job Summary:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telesales Executive to join our real estate sales team. The candidate will be responsible for calling potential customers, explaining project details, generating site visits, and converting leads into sales for plots and flats.
Key Responsibilities:
- Call prospective customers from provided leads and databases
- Explain property details, pricing, location benefits, and offers
- Generate and schedule site visits for clients
- Follow up regularly with interested buyers
- Maintain customer records and sales reports
- Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion
- Achieve monthly sales and calling targets
- Handle customer queries professionally
Requirements:
- Good communication and convincing skills
- Basic knowledge of real estate sales preferred
- Ability to speak Hindi fluently (English is a plus)
- Comfortable with phone calling and customer handling
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, CRM, WhatsApp, etc.)
- Positive attitude and target-oriented mindset
Qualification:
- Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate Preferred
Experience:
- 0–3 Years in telesales, telecalling, or real estate sales
