Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end procurement activities for raw materials, packaging materials, consumables, and other purchase requirements.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely procurement and uninterrupted supply.
- Negotiate prices, payment terms, delivery schedules, and commercial agreements to achieve cost savings.
- Prepare and process Purchase Orders (POs) in SAP and monitor order execution.
- Source and evaluate new vendors based on quality, cost, delivery, and service performance.
- Coordinate with Production, Planning, Stores, Quality, and Finance teams to ensure smooth procurement operations.
- Monitor inventory levels and plan purchases to avoid stock shortages.
- Maintain procurement records, vendor documentation, and MIS reports.
- Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and quality standards.
- Identify opportunities for cost optimization and process improvement.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- 5–10 years of experience in procurement/purchase, preferably in the medical devices or manufacturing industry.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of SAP (MM Module preferred).
- Experience in vendor relationship management and vendor development.
- Strong price negotiation and commercial negotiation skills.
- Good understanding of procurement processes and supply chain operations.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
Salary: ₹5–7 LPA (Based on experience and qualifications)
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
