WashTog is looking for energetic and passionate telecalling executive as you would be the face of our company. We provide various cleaning services across Hyderabad and your primary role will be to attend customer calls, explain them about our services and close the lead. This is an in-bound and out-bound process and we expect you to have prior experience in tele sales, customer support management and lead conversions. Amazing communication skills is the key here and we expect you to be very well versed and fluent with atleast 2 languages: English, Telugu and Hindi.
Skills:
- Very good communication skills and convincing skills.
- Good command over MS Excel and Internet.
- Good typing speed for chatting with customers on Whatsapp.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Understand customer requirement and act as per SOP.
- Explain customers about our offerings, pricing and manage followups.
- Check availability with our supervisors and service partners.
- Create a booking online and update relevant parties.
- Handle any escalations by customers and resolve them.
- Interact with customers over Whatsapp and take bookings.
- On-boarding new service partners and handle their KYC.
Job Types: Full-time, Commission
Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
