Key Responsibilities
- Assemble, install, and fit mechanical components and structures.
- Read and understand engineering drawings and assembly layouts.
- Perform drilling, cutting, grinding, alignment, and fitting activities.
- Carry out maintenance and repair of mechanical equipment.
- Ensure proper use of tools, machines, and measuring instruments.
- Support fabrication and assembly operations on the shop floor.
- Identify and resolve mechanical issues during assembly and installation.
- Maintain safety standards and housekeeping at the workplace.
- Coordinate with production and quality teams for smooth operations.
- Maintain daily work reports and material records.
Qualification
- ITI / Diploma in Fitter, Mechanical, or related trade.
Experience
- 2–5 years of experience in mechanical fitting, assembly, or maintenance work.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
