Taxla Services Pvt. Ltd. is a leading tax and compliance consulting firm providing Income Tax, GST, Audit, Accounting, ROC Compliance, and Business Advisory services to a diverse range of clients. We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Auditor to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct Internal Audits, Statutory Audits, and Tax Audits.
- Review financial statements, books of accounts, and supporting documents.
- Verify compliance with Income Tax, GST, Companies Act, and other statutory requirements.
- Assist in preparation and filing of Income Tax Returns, GST Returns, and other regulatory filings.
- Perform audit documentation, working papers preparation, and report drafting.
- Identify risks, discrepancies, and areas for process improvement.
- Liaise with clients and government authorities for audit and compliance-related matters.
- Support assessments, notices, and departmental audits.
- Ensure timely completion of audit assignments and compliance projects.
- Maintain confidentiality and professional standards in all engagements.
Eligibility Criteria
- B.Com, M.Com, MBA (Finance), CA Inter, CMA Inter, or equivalent qualification.
- Semi-qualified CA/CMA candidates are encouraged to apply.
- Freshers with strong accounting and taxation knowledge can apply.
- 1–5 years of experience in Audit, Taxation, Accounting, or Compliance will be preferred.
- Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and accounting software.
- Knowledge of Income Tax, GST, TDS, and financial reporting standards.
- Good analytical, communication, and client-handling skills.
Preferred Skills
- Strong understanding of auditing principles and procedures.
- Experience in GST reconciliations and tax compliance.
- Ability to analyze financial data and identify irregularities.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
