Experience: 5+ years
Salary: Up to ₹40,000/month
Qualification: D.Arch / B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering
Site Experience: Preferred
Location : Muttom, North Kalamassery (Soon to shift office to Kakkanad, Kochi)
Job Type : Full-time
Responsibilities:
- Architectural design, planning & working drawings
- 2D drafting and 3D visualization
- Site visits and coordination with contractors
- Client and team coordination
- Project documentation and execution support
Skills: AutoCAD, SketchUp/Revit and other relevant design software.
